Job Summary:

Live Nation Entertainment is a leading live entertainment company that offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience at our live music venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Cultivate regular guests and encourage repeat business
  • Suggestively sell beverages and menu items to guests at the bar
  • Deliver beverage orders promptly and efficiently
  • Prioritize and organize drink orders to ensure timely service
  • Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications
  • Record any equipment failure or safety hazards in the bar log
  • Recognize when guests are becoming intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow local ordinance and company policies
  • Request proper identification for guests under 30 years of age
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the bar area
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to company policy
  • Prepare guest checks and process payment according to company policy
  • Maintain the bartender bank and perform cash pull and checkout procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of comp and spill checks
  • Occasionally work special events scheduled throughout the venue
Requirements:
  • Ability to work late hours and flexible schedule
  • Cash handling experience and ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
  • Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork
  • Able to pass bar test and deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
  • Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4 years of work experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience recognizing valid IDs and working in a live music environment
