Job Overview

Consolidated Machine & Tool, a leading provider of precision machining services, seeks an experienced CMM Operator to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality assessments and measurements on products within specified dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform first article inspections and generate reports detailing the quality of products.
  • Develop and maintain inspection reports, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections across all stages of production, identifying areas for quality control improvement and implementing new methods accordingly.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience working with CMMs, inspection tools, engineered drawings, and assessing customer requirements.
  • Proven experience using PCMM and/or CMM technology, as well as proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $31.00 - $34.00/hr., depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes accrued vacation time, 10 paid holidays, 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% company match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and more.
