Job Title: Part-time Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Delta Companies. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Location and Setting

The successful candidate will be based at our facility in Brooksville, Florida, working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Assisted Living setting. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a SNF and Assisted Living setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a SNF or clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in NetHealth EMR system
