Our facility is a 109-bed skilled nursing center with a strong focus on patient care and rehabilitation. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to their recovery and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
  • At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
