Job Title: Part-time Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Delta Companies. This part-time position is available in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting, with a focus on providing high-quality care to our patients.

Location and Setting

The position is located in Brooksville, Florida, at the Oak Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center. The facility is a 109-bed SNF with a team of 20 staff members and 2 Rehab Techs. The EMR system used is NetHealth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in the SNF setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Meet productivity goals and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in SNF or clinical rotation/externship in the SNF
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Tuesdays to Saturdays
