Clinical Psychopharmacology Faculty Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Psychopharmacology Faculty Member to join our team at The Chicago School. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching, student advisement, research/scholarship, professional service to the School and community, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching: Teach over the course of three semesters (at least 18 units), hold office hours on a weekly basis, and remain current in the field of study/teaching expertise.
- Advising: Maintain an advisee load according to Department needs, provide mentorship on academic, curricular, and career development, and assist in documenting student progress.
- Scholarship: Engage in qualitative/quantitative research, presentations at professional conferences, scholarship-based community service, and maintain scholarly activities that further the practice of professional psychology.
- Administration: Participate in Departmental functions, including participating in the analysis of student progress, assisting in general faculty searches, and admissions activities.
- Ph.D. or PsyD in Clinical Psychology required from APA accredited program, or terminal degree from a related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible in California (license must be obtained within two years of hire) as a psychologist.
- License eligible as a prescribing psychologist or other prescriber.
- Eligibility for Board Certification in Clinical Psychopharmacology.
- Competitive base compensation of $75,000 - $85,000.
- Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation.
