The Chicago School of Professional Psychology is seeking highly qualified candidates for adjunct faculty positions at our Los Angeles Campus to teach in our APA accredited Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) program.
Teaching Responsibilities:
Adjunct faculty members will be responsible for teaching courses in social psychology, cognitive psychology, human lifespan development, and psychopharmacology. They will share theoretical and practical knowledge of the subject, guide students through the relevant empirical literature base, and encourage direct application to the workplace within the field of clinical psychology.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree required
- Graduate of an APA accredited program (if degree is in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology)
- Psychologist licensed or license eligible (for teaching clinically related courses)
- Strong commitment to academic excellence, diversity, community service, and scholarship
- Expertise, professional experience, specific training, advanced education, or scholarship in the specific area of instruction

This opportunity is budgeted at $1,124-1,540 per credit and may vary per course with student enrollment. Additional compensation factors may impact total compensation.
