Job Summary

SERVPRO of Brickell is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee the operations of all construction projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage the construction team, assign tasks to superintendents, and ensure project schedules are in place.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of each project, including photos, contracts, change orders, and other relevant documents.
  • Communication: Collaborate with superintendents to perform end-of-day/end-of-job debriefs and ensure effective communication throughout the project.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous construction management experience.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills, ability to meet production goals, and maintain profitability.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in extreme conditions, walk and/or stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights.
