Hospice of the Piedmont Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated Clinical Services Manager to oversee the clinical team responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients facing advanced progressive illnesses within a specialized residential setting.


Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading the coordination of interdisciplinary care to ensure that the physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural needs of patients and their families are met.
  • Managing both skilled and non-skilled services within the residential facility, ensuring adherence to the highest professional standards.
  • Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) to provide high-quality holistic care and effective symptom management.
  • Coordinating patient admissions and overseeing the overall management of patient care.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in hospice or home health clinical management.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A calm demeanor and flexibility in handling stressful situations.
