Key Responsibilities:
The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the coordination of interdisciplinary care to ensure that the physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural needs of patients and their families are met.
- Managing both skilled and non-skilled services within the residential facility, ensuring adherence to the highest professional standards.
- Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) to provide high-quality holistic care and effective symptom management.
- Coordinating patient admissions and overseeing the overall management of patient care.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in hospice or home health clinical management.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A calm demeanor and flexibility in handling stressful situations.
