Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Detox Counselor Assistant/Case Manager to join our team at Maryhaven, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing chemical dependency and mental health counseling, case management, treatment planning, and client management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chemical dependency and mental health counseling services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct case management activities, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Masters, Bachelors, or Associates degree in human services or behavioral science.
  • State of Ohio certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) required.
