- Conducts repairs on power generation machinery and associated systems including boilers, chillers, pump motors, and compressors.
- Maintains and services designated equipment utilizing hand and power tools effectively.
- Prepares machinery for operational readiness during off-peak seasons and initiates startup procedures as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent with coursework in electrical systems, carpentry, and mechanical maintenance.

Experience: Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and uphold organizational values in daily operations.
- Identify and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Effectively prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Execute scheduled equipment shutdowns and startups.
- Address maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records with minimal discrepancies.
- Evaluate new processes that could enhance the efficiency of the Maintenance Department.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
