Are you a financial professional seeking a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Counselor to join our team at Staffing in Motion.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing short-term client relationships and converting warm leads into actual clients. You will work closely with our Portfolio Management and Financial Planning teams to create investment proposals and financial plans that meet the needs of our clients. Your goal will be to provide unparalleled service and support to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

As a Portfolio Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their own unique financial needs and goals. You will be responsible for educating clients on our investment philosophy and articulating our portfolio strategy to meet their needs. You will also oversee the transfer of clients' assets and monitor the implementation of their investment portfolios.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$120,000 + commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% coverage of premiums for health, vision, and dental insurance, a 50% 401(k) match, and 20 days of PTO. We also offer a cumulative learning and development framework customized for every employee.
