Job Title: PRN Staff RN

We are seeking a skilled PRN Staff RN to join our team at Koniag Data Solutions, LLC. As a PRN Staff RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The PRN Staff RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with professional nursing standards. This includes assessing patient conditions, interpreting guidelines, and modifying patient care as necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Plans and provides comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional nursing standards.
  • Participates in all required training and competency assessments to maintain ability to work in assigned clinic.
  • Provides healthcare services directly to clients according to scope of practice for state license, policy, and SOP.
  • Performs components of physical exams, including vital signs, height and weight, Audiometry, Vision testing, Phlebotomy, and TB skin testing.
  • Documents all clinical data on required forms.
  • Provides immunizations according to Koniag policies, SOPs, and Standing Orders.
  • Provides emergency response and care according to BLS/AED protocol, policies, and SOPs.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an CCNE or ACEN accredited school of nursing.
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia.
  • Current Healthcare provider BLS/AED recognized by the American Heart Association.
  • US Citizenship required by government agency customer.
  • Must have valid Driver's License.
  • Mandatory Pre-employment background check is required.
Working Environment & Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment with a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations, and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
