Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for administering medications, performing treatments, and delegating patient care responsibilities to staff.
Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification required
