LifeSet Specialist

Job Summary:

At Youth Villages, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LifeSet Specialist to join our team. As a LifeSet Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing support and guidance to young adults, helping them to become self-sufficient and reach their full potential.

• Case Management: Carry a maximum caseload of 8-10 young adults and provide regular check-ins to ensure their needs are being met.
• Community Resource Navigation: Help clients locate and access community resources such as housing, employment, and education.
• Crisis Intervention: Provide on-call crisis support to clients 24/7 and respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and complete records of client interactions and progress, and provide regular updates to supervisors and other stakeholders.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support.

• Education: Master's degree in a social services discipline (e.g. social work, counseling, psychology) or a related field.
• Experience: One year of experience in counseling, case management, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to providing high-quality services to clients.
