Job Summary:

As a LifeSet Specialist at Youth Villages, you will play a critical role in supporting young adults in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being. This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry a maximum caseload of 8-10 young adults, meeting with each client at least once a week to provide guidance and support.

Requirements:
