- Supervise and Monitor Patient Care: Oversee the delivery of patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained.
- Administer Medications and Perform Treatments: Safely administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing (preferred).
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center) or as required by the state of practice (if an assisted living facility).
