Job Summary

Pine Point Center - Scarborough, ME is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our clinical team. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
