Join Our Team as a Presales Engineer for Video Systems

We are seeking a talented Presales Engineer for Video Systems to join our team at Quantum US. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing video surveillance systems that meet the complex needs of our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support to sales teams, designing and implementing video surveillance systems, and demonstrating our solutions to potential customers. You will also assist in preparing technical proposals and analyzing customer requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement video surveillance systems based on customer needs.
  • Demonstrate video surveillance systems and software to potential customers.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals, including system architecture, specifications, and pricing.
  • Analyze customer requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in a senior pre-sales technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of video surveillance technologies, including IP cameras, NVRs, and VMS.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in solution selling, business value, and pre-sales engineering across multiple markets and segments. Experience working with organizations inside and outside of North America is highly desirable.
