TEAM OVERVIEW

The Marketing team at KKR crafts executive content strategies aimed at generating brand and product awareness, engaging the firm's clients with valuable content to achieve measurable business objectives. This team cultivates strong relationships with clients to align client interests with business goals, resulting in innovative content strategies. Additionally, the team is tasked with continuously exploring trends and best practices to deliver precise and customized recommendations to clients. The Marketing team works in close collaboration with sales, product strategy, and compliance teams.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing team is in search of a creative, collaborative, and results-driven marketer to support KKR's expanding Global Wealth Solutions (GWS) business. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business associates to advance the ambitious objectives of the distribution team, with a particular focus on the RIA segment and advisor education. GWS is committed to providing individual investors with access to the same types of alternative investment opportunities that institutions have enjoyed for decades.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance business outcomes and strengthen KKR's engagement with RIA clients and prospects through diverse marketing tools.
  • Adopting a client-focused approach to assist RIAs with their specific needs while identifying opportunities for KKR's offerings in the RIA market.
  • Creating multi-channel marketing materials and content that align with the distribution team's objectives, including email and social media campaigns, educational resources, events, digital assets, and value-added programs.
  • Contributing to a comprehensive and distinctive educational initiative to assist financial advisors and their clients in understanding the advantages of alternative investments.
  • Producing materials that clearly articulate key concepts of alternative investing in a thoughtful and concise manner, across various formats (web, video, PDF, social media, email) and for diverse levels of expertise, from seasoned financial professionals to retail investors with limited investment knowledge.
  • Employing strong project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize and execute projects from inception to completion in a dynamic environment, meeting deadlines and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Planning and coordinating exceptional in-person and virtual events to deepen relationships with financial advisors and enhance KKR's brand presence.
  • Assessing and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns by establishing specific and measurable marketing goals, utilizing data for optimization and rationalization, and consistently sharing key metrics and insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Building strong partnerships and collaborating effectively with sales, marketing, product strategy, and compliance colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably including private markets, financial advisors / RIAs, and/or financial education.
