**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Identify and nurture potential:** Assess and address learning, social, and emotional skill gaps in each student.
- **Collaborate effectively:** Work alongside school teams and families to provide tailored guidance and implement SESI's evidence-based instructional models and positive behavioral interventions.
- **Inspire and empower:** Utilize innovative teaching methods, unique learning environments, and smaller class sizes to support student success.
  • Engage with a diverse student population from various developmental, cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Employ SESI's instructional strategies and curricula to foster knowledge, confidence, and character in all students.
  • Create and maintain individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's skill level.
  • Implement behavior management techniques, including de-escalation and crisis intervention strategies, to ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive student records, including individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Monitor and document student progress towards academic, social, and emotional objectives.
  • Supervise students during transitions within the school environment.
