  • Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with our families through regular communication, updates on their child's progress, and opportunities for parent-teacher conferences.
  • Center Collaboration: Work closely with our center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, retention, and engagement goals, ensuring a seamless and supportive environment for all children and families.

Requirements
  • Educational Background: Meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong foundation in early childhood education.
  • Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting, with a proven track record of classroom leadership and a deep passion for early childhood education.
  • State Compliance: Meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including performance level, immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training.
  • Caregiving Skills: Demonstrate exceptional caregiving skills, including the ability to identify and address potential risks, ensure children's safety and well-being, and model good social skills.
  • Physical Resilience: Possess the physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.
