Position Summary
The Educational Support Specialist plays a vital role in assisting certified educators within a Catholic educational setting. This position is directly accountable to the principal and involves collaboration with assigned teachers to fulfill daily responsibilities.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Support students in achieving their academic objectives.
- Facilitate social integration among students.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior to maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Oversee non-instructional activities, including lunch supervision and playground duties.
- Prepare classroom materials and implement strategies tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding student and staff information.
- Assist students with daily living activities to enhance their participation in educational settings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
