Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking guests in and out, promoting sales-related programs, and maintaining guest records
  • Audit previous day's receipts to verify and balance entries, run reports, and verify accuracy of information
  • Assist with set up of breakfast, including food preparation, set up, service, and cleaning
  • Ensure guest safety and security during overnight hours
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all guests and potential guests
Requirements
  • Ability to take written and verbal direction and speak English clearly and read English
  • Ability to relate to the public in a warm, friendly manner and provide a hospitable environment
  • Ability to give attention to detail and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
  • Thorough knowledge of Drury Hotels' policies and procedures for guest services
  • Ability to handle money, make change, and utilize office machines in the normal day-to-day activities
