Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel's financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reports.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk or auditing role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Windows operating systems and hotel software.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
