Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at MCR Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel's financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Process and reconcile transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payments
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports, including flash reports and night audit summaries
  • Balance and reconcile all financial accounts, including cash, credit card, and other accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest and hotel information
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality-related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately process financial transactions
  • Ability to obtain alcohol awareness certification as required by the State
