Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming client experience through outstanding customer service.
  • Manage incoming calls to schedule appointments and address inquiries.

  • Availability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating weekends and evenings.
  • Demonstrated initiative and capability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Capability to lift 20-40 pounds as needed.
