We are seeking a highly skilled Program Support Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our Home Telehealth Program.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Home Telehealth team, assisting with daily operations, data collection, and customer service. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Home Telehealth team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, coordinating travel, and managing supplies.
  • Collect and analyze data for quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have at least one year of specialized experience in a similar field, including experience with software programs, data analysis, and customer service.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with VISTA mailman, CPRS, and TMS software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. As a federal employee, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
