Job Summary:

Hint Inc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting our Area Sales Managers and Sales Merchandisers with all aspects of the sales cycle, including maintaining key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and fostering deeper customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain key accounts and identify opportunities for growth
  • Foster deeper customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Support Area Sales Managers and Sales Merchandisers with sales cycle activities
  • Drive to stores, set up displays, and support Hint's brand in your territory
  • Establish good rapport with managers at each account and keep in constant contact
  • Ensure regular ordering takes place, current customers always have product in stock, and it looks great on the shelves
  • Ensure pricing and product are properly displayed, and communicate out of stocks, other issues, or possible opportunities to your manager
  • Assist Sales Managers with promotions, point of sale, and account growth activities
  • Plan your day with your Manager to hit all your accounts and give them an excellent Hint experience

Requirements:

  • Incoming Juniors and Seniors preferred
  • Some prior work experience preferred
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Independent and service-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • Hourly rate starting at $16/hour based on location
  • Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate
  • Cell phone reimbursement of $50/month
