About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our plasma donation center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to donor inquiries
  • Greeting and welcoming donors to the center
  • Screening new and repeat donors
  • Taking and recording donor vital signs and finger stick results
  • Using our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinating donor compensation and identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
