Job Summary

Operate a Point of Sale system, assist the culinary team, prepare beverages, and maintain cleanliness of the coffee and cashier stations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation, including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, as well as catering orders.
  • Perform cashier duties using the Point of Sale system, maintaining cash accuracy and making deposits at the end of each shift.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including removing trash and garbage to designated areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
  • Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
  • Set up serving lines, ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded, and within acceptable ranges.
  • Serve hot and cold items to customers.
  • Set up items for purchase on a daily basis.
  • Keep refrigerators stocked and product rotated using the first-in, first-out rule.
  • Stock pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
