Section 1 – Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties

  1. Follow and adhere to operational guidelines for the production, assembly, inspection, packaging, sealing, sterilization, and boxing of medical products and their components.
  2. Perform surface mount soldering, through-hole soldering, and soldering tasks under magnification.
  3. Comply with hygiene and gowning protocols relevant to the designated work area.
  4. Review work orders to ensure accurate labeling; affix labels to products, package according to operational guidelines, and manage storage in designated areas until quality assurance releases the products.
  5. Ensure adherence to Quality System Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational guidelines, technical drawings, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO standards, and FDA regulations.

Candidate Requirements

  1. High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

  3. Capacity to perform in a detail-oriented and fast-paced environment while adhering to Quality System SOPs, operational guidelines, GMP, GDP, ISO, and FDA regulations.
  4. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is required.
  5. Experience in the medical device or FDA-regulated industry is preferred.
  6. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are essential.
