Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety. If you are a detail-oriented and patient-focused individual with a passion for diagnostic imaging, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams, following all safety protocols and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ARRT-approved program in radiologic technology
  • Registered or working towards certification in MRI
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
  • At least one year of experience in a hospital environment, preferably in MRI
