We are seeking a dedicated DME Specialist to join our team

Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately process and fulfill orders for various medical devices, including braces, injection kits, creams, PRP, and BMC kits. This involves receiving orders from patients, providers, and medical facilities.
  • Patient Support: Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone inquiries, researching documentation, and addressing patient or provider questions regarding orders, products, services, and insurance coverage.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and timely records within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Inventory & Dispensing: Retrieve DME/Kits/SIC from inventory, prepare packaging, and dispense items to patients in person.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with all departments to ensure seamless patient care and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years' experience with DME customer service or a similar role in the medical or DME industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
