Job Description

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Quality Technician to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality systems, including GDT, RPS, and CAD, as well as proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections and analyze data to maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Responsible for all measurement tasks to assure product quality during the development phase and serial production.
  • Support product audits and improve measurement processes.
  • Measurements against GD&T and RPS.
  • Support sampling process and first part inspection in serial production.

Qualifications:

  • Technical apprenticeship with advanced training to governmental certified technician is needed.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in plastic and automotive supplier industry is required.
  • Knowledge in GD&T and RPS alignment and drawing is needed.
  • Basic knowledge in CAD.
  • Knowledge in customer specific quality requirements.
  • Knowledge of product and measuring test equipment and techniques.
  • Knowledge of KAUTEX manufacturing processes.
  • Able to perform a Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
  • Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • Strong local and English language skills are required.
