Quality Assurance Specialist

At syncreon, we're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to drive the execution of quality processes and monitor effectiveness through KPIs. This role requires strong leadership competencies with a wide variety of experience in change management, operational analysis, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather data from customers and internal sources as input for problem-solving and communicate/report to appropriate personnel.
  • Administer all projects and documentation relative to assigned processes/launches.
  • Provide input on processes from a quality perspective and aid in the implementation of new processes.
  • Champion Lean engineering goals and develop, implement, and maintain a Lean culture within the organization.
  • Develop and design irreversible corrective actions for known problems.
  • Generate, interpret, analyze, and communicate results using management tools, graphs, and reports.
  • Support and participate in the internal auditing program to identify and report any potential and/or existing quality issues.

Requirements:

  • College with a Technical degree is required.
  • Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment in a quality capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge and/or training in Core Tools (APQP, FMEA).
  • Knowledge of relevant international standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 etc.).
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Strong experience using MS Office products.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
