Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Yesterdays Resort Division team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including retailers, resorts, hotels, and other businesses focused on providing custom merchandise.
  • Promote and provide in-depth knowledge of our resort apparel products, highlighting their quality, uniqueness, and the overall Yesterdays brand.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities to expand your customer base.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders and projects.
  • Keep customers informed about new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in apparel sales, preferably as a Sales Representative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong closing skills, with the ability to listen and ask the right questions to get customers exactly what they need.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of resort apparel market trends and customer preferences preferred.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems, including Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment.
