Position Overview:

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $112,000 annually, based on your experience. Full-time EMTs are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $15,000, contingent upon meeting specific criteria. Our shifts are structured to provide ample opportunities for overtime, ensuring you are rewarded for your hard work.

Key Responsibilities:
As an EMT, you will:
  • Evaluate each emergency situation to determine the most effective response.
  • Utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures to deliver high-quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing reassurance and information.
  • Lead the emergency response team and manage the scene as necessary.
  • Operate the ambulance during emergency calls.
  • Collaborate professionally with other healthcare and public safety personnel.

Community Engagement:
Participate in community outreach programs to enhance our organization's image and foster strong relationships within the community.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • A valid state EMT license.
  • A valid state driver's license.
  • A medical examiner's certificate.
  • Current certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-EMT.
  • A clean driving record compliant with company standards.
  • Successful completion of a physical agility test.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
