Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and staff
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, taking messages, and directing visitors
- Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and typing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
To be successful as a Receptionist, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
