At Rite of Passage, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Therapist to join our team in Reno. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in providing life-changing care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

About the Role:

We offer a competitive salary of $22 per hour, making this an attractive opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and families. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide ongoing training, supervision, and support to ensure your success as an RBT.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy in clinic, school, and home settings. Your primary goal will be to help clients acquire new skills and achieve milestones, while also collecting and maintaining accurate data on client behavior.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, a current State Driver's License and Insurance, and the ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
