The Occupational Therapist will work closely with patients of all ages, including those with autism and disabilities, and will be involved in discharge planning for patients transitioning from inpatient care.

* Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.- Provide support in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from hospital or inpatient settings to home or outpatient care.
- Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment.

* Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy relevant to occupational therapy practices.- Experience working in clinic settings as well as inpatient environments such as ICU or hospitals.
- Familiarity with therapeutic techniques for pediatrics and individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and families.
