Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to address maintenance service requests and complete work orders across various tasks including HVAC, electrical systems, pool upkeep, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general housekeeping. This position is also responsible for preparing apartments for new residents in a timely manner while ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

Our maintenance team exemplifies professionalism and a commitment to outstanding customer service while interacting with residents, vendors, and guests. Team members are expected to respond to after-hours emergency calls and be available on-call, including during nights and weekends.

Qualifications and Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and be able to demonstrate their capability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Preferred certifications include EPA and CPO.
  • Experience in general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, and painting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, and vendors.
  • Availability to work night and weekend shifts as part of on-call duties.
