About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team at Slalom. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering intelligent and robust solutions for our clients in the Charlotte area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver high-quality client engagements and outcomes
  • Manage the technical delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and data migration elements
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and lead design sessions to understand and translate business requirements
  • Advise on technical best practices for solution design and create prototypes and proof of concepts
  • Coordinate the implementation of custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform
  • Manage client expectations and scope to ensure joint success for the client and Slalom teams
  • Demonstrate platform thought leadership and help the client to explore the art of the possible with Salesforce
  • Drive and support sales efforts to identify new opportunities for growth of Salesforce offerings
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience hands-on architecting Salesforce technical solutions
  • Experience of providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction for project teams
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
  • Expert understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform, and AppExchange products
  • Passion for industry solutions and a desire to align Salesforce industry best practices and solutions to specific client business models and environments
