Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients in judicial proceedings and mediation sessions.
  • Prepare and assess legal documents and agreements.
  • Perform legal research to inform case strategies.
  • Formulate effective legal approaches to resolve conflicts.
  • Work collaboratively with external legal advisors as necessary.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to labor legislation.
  • Provide legal education to organizational staff.
  • Engage in the development of policies.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law institution.
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Labor and Employment or General Liability Law.
  • Strong capabilities in legal research and documentation.
  • Familiarity with legal software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
