Job OverviewCollection at Law is seeking a skilled Paralegal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Civil Litigation department, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in preparing court filings, maintaining electronic document and case management systems, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file court documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update electronic case management systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and progress
  • Process sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail management
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members to achieve case goals
  • Develop and maintain strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certification a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
