Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Concrete Production Specialist to join our team at Menards. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forklift Operations: Load and unload materials in the warehouse and yard, and onto outgoing trucks.
  • Manual Counting and Scanning: Count and scan units to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Computer System Operations: Scan products into the computer system and use the system to pick orders.
Machine Operation and Assembly
  • Machine Operation: Learn and operate machine controls to ensure proper product assembly or production.
  • Pneumatic Gun and Automatic Bander Operation: Use pneumatic guns and automatic banders to apply ID labels and assemble products.
  • Corrective Actions: Perform corrective actions to maintain quality products and communicate with the incoming shift about any issues.
Assembly and Production
  • Assembly: Assemble doors, trusses, kits, and other items based on plant needs.
  • Press and Machine Operation: Operate presses and other machines to assemble products.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accurate production and quality control.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
Work Environment

Most jobs are inside, but may be exposed to outside weather conditions.
