Key Responsibilities
- Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, and acknowledging members to identify their needs.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and process member purchases.
- Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services, and provide guidance and support on self-service technology.
- Assist with securing and safeguarding company assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
- Assist with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobile retail applications and front-end equipment.
