As a seasoned risk professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks across our Fund Services business.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and oversight to the business lines, evaluating existing processes and developing new controls to address control gaps. You will direct the 1st line of defense's compliance with the Operational Risk Management Framework, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, and contributing to the development of processes and controls to manage risks.

You will be responsible for recommending modifications to reduce implementation risk, using strong influence with business line management to ensure compliance, risk and control documentation, and notification of all appropriate representatives and regulators. Additionally, you will provide reporting on outputs of risk management activities completed, including thematic reviews and independent assessments, suitable for Executive Management.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in operational risk management, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, and ~8-10 years total work experience with 1-3 years of experience in operational risk preferred. A strong familiarity with either the Transfer Agency or Accounting products and operations is required.
