- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the medical field preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of general office equipment and software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide great customer service under stressful situations.
