About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Good Samaritan Society - Maplewood. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents. This includes assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of residents, each with their own unique needs and stories.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, but not required. You must currently hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
